What is SOUL | LIFE Coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you live with greater awareness and purpose.
You can expect our work together to include:

  • Practical tools for daily regulation and grounded decision-making

  • Somatic awareness practices such as breath, body scanning, and grounding

  • Optional energetic techniques to support clarity and alignment

What coaching is not:

  • It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.

  • I do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.

  • When deeper emotional or psychological support is needed, I will recommend that you connect with a licensed professional or specialized practitioner.

My job is to help you build awareness, choice, and embodied tools for better living — not to process trauma in depth.
